Jordan Hare Stadium Suites Renovation

Stacy Norman Architects provided both interior design and architectural design services for an upgraded look and feel to all 85 suites on the East side of the stadium. The ability to design, construct, and observe a mock-up the year before allowed the project team to design an efficient and functional set of construction documents that avoided many potential issues often related to large-scale renovation. SNA worked closely with the project stakeholders on the material selections, constructing full scale material sample mock-ups as required to test and share ideas with the team. Ideas were easily communicated, using digital renderings, to secure approvals required for design. Leveraging the firm’s proximity to the jobsite encouraged project fluidity when unknown elements needed to be addressed, clarification was required, or collaboration necessary for design and contraction to continue. The project required multiple site visits per week. often multiple visits in a single day, to assist the contractor in completing the project on time.
