Lowder Business Building

This exterior renovation process includes removal and replacement of all the brick, windows, curtain wall, storefront, and roofing, comprising 60,000sf of exterior surface material. The project consists of a five story tower building housing mainly faculty offices and administration connected to the two story classroom building. The building was to remain open during the year long renovation.
